I am a 36-year-old female with PCOS. It took me a year after trying to become pregnant in 2016. At 16 weeks I went into preterm labor and ended up having to deliver after losing fluid. After the loss, 4 months later, I had to have an open myomectomy to remove an 8cm fibroid. It took me 2 more years to become pregnant again in Jan 2019 with an 8-week tubal pregnancy. I had immediate surgery and my left tube was removed. My right tube is blocked, and my diagnosis is tubal factor infertility.
